Review: Captain America: Brave New World (2025)

After meeting with newly elected U.S. President Thaddeus Ross, Sam finds himself in the middle of an international incident. He must discover the reason behind a nefarious global plot before the true mastermind has the entire world seeing red. "Captain America: Brave New World might not meet the high standards of its previous movies, but it's not the failure some people say it is. Even with some noticeable production issues, Julius Onah still gives the movie some real fun moments. The actors are charming, and the action scenes are well made. Most importantly, Anthony Mackie's portrayal of Sam Wilson clearly shows why he was the right person to take up the shield from Steve Rogers. He really shows both the big symbol he is and the man still figuring out his own life. His take on the character adds something new to the story of Captain America. It's not the best movie in the Marvel universe, but it's still worth watching in a cinema. "
